  • your violation of any law or regulation;

  • your infringement or misappropriation of any rights of any person or entity;

  • your submissions, communications, or misuse of website content.

19. Termination and Restriction of Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including without limitation ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.

23. Dispute Resolution; Informal Resolution First

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@askbiblically.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. You must include your name, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after we receive your notice, either party may pursue available legal remedies, subject to these Terms.

24. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices we post on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and AskBiblically regarding your use of the website and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements relating to that subject matter.
